Genetic diversity in European Black grouse

Description of the project:
Many of the black grouse populations in Central Europe face the immediate risk of extinction consisting of less than 30 individuals.In this project we are analysing the genetic diversity of black grouse populations across Europe using different molecular markers (microsatellites, mtDNA, SNPs, MHC genes).
