Das Assessment Tool: Eine Diagnosehilfe für Computer-Experten zur Verbesserung der Effektivität netzbasierter Beratung

Ziel des Gesamtprojekts ist die Entwicklung und empirische Überprüfung eines Assessment Tools für die asynchrone, e-mailbasierte Kommunikation zwischen Computer-Experten (Be-rater) und Laien (Klienten). In dieser zweiten Projektphase werden Experimente geplant, die die Textplanungsprozesse auf Seiten des Beraters und die Verstehensprozesse auf Seiten des Klienten näher untersucht. Zudem werden Merkmale identifiziert, durch welche eine Erklärung an ein bestimmtes Vorwissensniveau spezifisch adaptiert werden kann.
