Comparison of the Phoenix M50 with the EuScape European Strain Collection

The objective of this study will be to evaluate the antimicrobial susceptibility testing suite of the Phoenix M50 system on the basis of defined performance criteria. The test panel for evaluation would be the NMIC502 panel containing the CPO detect test, capable to differentiate the carbapenem hydrolyzing enzymes (carbapenemases) to the Ambler class level during routine diagnostic work up.
