Organic Thin-Film Transistors Based Circuits for Flexible Optoelectronics Applications

Projektbeschreibung:
The fabrication of optoelectronic circuits on a mechanical flexible substrate is now feasible thanks to the contribution of organics thin film transistors (OTFT). OTFT have recently acquired a large interest in the research field owing to their fast, low-cost fabrication process, and their compatibility with bendable substrates. These features make the OTFT an extremely important candidate for optical applications, two of which are: flexible displays and solar cells. Consequently, building the interface circuit for optical data is essential for a complete flexible optoelectronic system. Our aim is to design one important building block of this interface, the trans-impedance preamplifier, using these flexible organic transistors as one step for a complete integrated flexible optoelectronic system
